What is Scriberapp?

Scriberapp is an AI-powered clinical documentation assistant that listens to provider-patient encounters and generates structured clinical notes in real time. It is designed to reduce documentation burden so clinicians can focus on care delivery.

How it works

1. The provider opens Scriberapp on a tablet, phone, or desktop before the encounter.
2. With one tap, the AI begins transcribing and structuring the conversation.
3. At the end of the visit, a draft note — formatted to your EHR template — is ready for review and sign-off.

Supported note types

Scriberapp generates SOAP notes, H&P templates, progress notes, and procedure notes across a wide range of specialties including primary care, behavioral health, and urgent care.

Data flow

Audio is processed in real time and discarded after note generation — it is never stored long-term. Only the structured note text is retained and sent to your EHR. See our HIPAA and data handling article for full details.

Getting started

After your organization is onboarded, each provider receives a unique login. Download the Scriberapp mobile app or access the web interface and complete the quick setup wizard to connect to your EHR.
